Polyethers for Flexible Mold-Foam

2-1. Polyethers for Hot Molded Flexible Urethane Foam

1) Composition and Features
Grade Composition Features and uses
GL-3000 Polyoxy Alkylene Triol GL-3000 is an ethylene oxide-tipped polyether
with hydroxyl group. It is particularly useful as
an ingredient of blended polyethers for hot-
molded flexible urethane foam. It has high
reactivity group and is highly productive in the
molding process.
KE-7083 Special Polyether KE-7083, KE-7084 produce foams with excellent skin-feeling. They have a wide range of variation in using tin catalyst in the foaming formulation and give higher efficiency in curing compared with other polyols, and are particularly suitable for producing the foams with a soft touch.
KE-7084 Special Polyether
KE-851 Polymer Polyol KE-851& KE-861 are specially designed polymer
polyol to produce molded flexible foam. When
employed in combination with such polyether as
KE-7083, GL-3000 etc. to produce highly
resilient molded foams, KE-851 & KE-861 give
foams with a wide range of hardness.
They are suitable to produce dual hardness foam.
