Grade Composition Features and uses
PP-2000 Polyoxy Alkylene Glycol Blended with GP-3000, PP-2000 gives a desirable soft flexible foam
GP-3000 Polyoxy Alkylene Triol GP-3000 is a most popularly used in the
production of a flexible urethane foam.
GP-3001 Polyoxy Alkylene Triol GP-3001 can be used to produce a wide variety of foams ranging from extra-hard to super-soft.
FA-311 Polyfunctional Polyether FA-311 is a multi-functional polyether designed to produce a slightly hard flexible foam.
FA-717 Polyoxy Alkylene Triol FA-717 and KE-909 are suitable for the
production of flexible slabs which have a
uniform densiity and fewer skin scrap by the
foaming machine of Max Foam.
KE-909 Polyoxy Alkylene Triol
KE-906 Polyoxy Alkylene Triol KE-906 can be used to produce low density
or Super Soft Foams.

process. This foam is flame laminatable with fabrics and texitile.
BP-408 Special Polyether

Special Polyether Designed to produce a flexible foam by the one-shot process and to prevent the foam from scorching in the foaming process. This foam is flame laminatable.
